Introduction:
When you think of an evening in Jumeirah it is usually about two things: really good food and nice shisha. At Bebek Restaurant we are good at both. Our shisha menu, which we call "Hubbly-Bubbly" is very popular, in Dubai because it has lots of flavors and fancy Medusa pipes. The thing that makes a night at Bebek Restaurant really special is the food that you eat with your shisha.
When you are having a smoke the right food can make a difference. It can make your mouth feel fresh bring out the taste of the tobacco or give you a nice change of flavor that makes every puff really good. If you are coming to Bebek Restaurant for a late night smoke or just a chill afternoon on the terrace we have some ideas on what to eat with the best shisha dubai.
The Creamy Classics:
Hummus: It is really smooth. It has olive oil and pine nuts on top. The hummus is made with chickpeas and tahini which give it a taste that goes well with sweet shisha flavors, like Original Aristo Pink or Grape. We serve the hummus with Fresh Arabic Bread.
Zucchini with Almonds: It is like as a starter because it is so refreshing and light. The Zucchini with Almonds has strained yogurt and green apple in it. It is a great thing to have because it helps clean my palate.
Hot Starters for a Quick Bite:
Crispy Manti: These tiny Turkish beef dumplings are very tasty. They have yogurt and sizzling butter, on top. The yogurt is a little sour that is nice because it balances out the sweetness of a Bebek Milky Shisha.
Dynamite Shrimp: It is really good if you like a spice. The dynamite Shrimp has shrimp with sriracha mayonnaise that gives a kick. But do not worry the kick is cooled down by an Original Mood Blue session that has menthol. This makes the dynamite Shrimp a great choice.
Succulent Kebabs:
It has meat, on top of little pieces of pide bread. The meat and bread are covered in tomato sauce, and melted butter. That is why it goes well with our Bebek Red Wine Shisha.
Adana and Urfa Kebabs:
These are made from lamb that is minced by hand. The lamb is mixed with sumac and herbs. The Adana Kebab goes well with citrus-based shishas. The citrus flavors balance out the fat of the lamb, in the Adana Kebab.
At Bebek Restaurant we do not just serve food and shisha we make sure you have a time. When you pick the food to go with your shisha it can make a big difference. It can turn a night out into something really special.
